what screening tool is used?

The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3) measures your child’s development in the areas of Communication, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Problem Solving and Personal-Social skills. The ASQ-3 screening takes about 30 minutes to complete.

what happens after the screening?

A Family & Community Support Worker will send you the results of your child’s ASQ-3 within 5 business days and help you make a plan of action for your child’s continued development.

what will I need to complete a screening?
